1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications ("Apps") -- including TradeLog, MiniBoard, and FocusFlow -- you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.

2. Use of the Apps

You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps.
• Use the Apps to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Apps or the servers and networks connected to them.

3. Content Guidelines (MiniBoard)

MiniBoard allows users to post content visible to other users. When using MiniBoard, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for the content you post.
• You will not post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• You will not post spam, advertisements, or promotional material without authorization.
• You will not impersonate other users or entities.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Apps and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Apps.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TradeLog Specific Disclaimer: TradeLog is a journaling tool and does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Any trading decisions you make are solely your responsibility. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of TradeLog.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Apps.

7. Account Termination

For Apps that require accounts (such as MiniBoard), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
